Eating Disorders

This group is designed for teen girls who are struggling with food, body image, or feelings of not being “enough.” It provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where teens can connect with peers, build coping skills, and work toward a healthier relationship with themselves and their bodies. The group incorporates psychoeducation, self-reflection, and practical tools to support recovery. Parent involvement is included through dedicated sessions.

This 8-week program includes weekly 90-minute group sessions and two parent sessions (beginning and end)
