Hello, August! Can you believe we’re beginning to welcome fall and say goodbye to summer?

I don’t know about you, but there’s something about fall that makes me more pensive and introspective. I find myself doing less and thinking more.

As I go on early morning walks before the Arizona heat fully kicks into its August-high-gear, I like to find an inspirational podcast to listen to.

Below you’ll find some of my favorite body positive podcasts. All of which are inclusive, powerful, and will remind you that you’re not alone in this “learning how to love your body stuff.”

Body Positivity with Diana and Arliss
