As summer comes to a close, we begin to transition our mindset to the slowing down fall brings.

Think less activity, more schedules. While summer is full of free time and making things up. Fall brings us back to familiar routines. It can be nice to get back to a more predictable way of life.

With this transition, anxiety can come as things are changing once more. We’re calibrating to the newness of this time in our lives.

In these times of transition, I like to turn to quotes to help me place how I feel. Some days I need inspiration, other days I want to feel seen and know someone is going through what I’m going through.

Below, you’ll find all kinds of quotes, designed to inspire, motivate, hold, love, support and help guide you into this new season in your perfectly imperfect body.

10 Quotes to Inspire You This Fall:
